The M-712 encoder combines speed and ease of use in a small footprint to boost productivity and reduce check processing costs. The accurate and reliable M-712 maximizes the savings generated when you amount field encode your checks.

Streamline your daily operations with an industry standard MAVERICK Batch, P.O.D., or Cash settlement application. The M-712 is a drop-in replacement for the MAVERICK MICR 1 and MICR 2 series encoders.

Minimize your training with the MICR VII because it runs nearly all existing MAVERICK MICREASE programs and encodes at twice the speed of the old models. In a single pass, the M-712 encodes, lists, updates and totals each check.

Snap-In Ribbon Cartridge and "Maintenace Free" Hammer
Replacing the MICR VII ribbon cartridge is simple and fast. A unique maintenance-free metal hammer elimninates the need to replace the MICR print hammer with each new ribbon. This new metal hammer has an average life of 65 million print characters (lasts for approximately 1200 or more MICR ribbons).
